[Remote] Investment Banking Analyst – Deal Process Support
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Umbrex is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to support an active transaction process. This role will focus on execution support, coordination, and day-to-day process management as the transaction progresses. Responsibilities • Manage information flow across internal teams, advisors, and counterparties • Track transaction workstreams, timelines, and deliverables • Support diligence requests and manage data room activity • Handle reactive, ad-hoc tasks that arise during the transaction process • Assist with updates to presentation materials and analyses as needed • Ensure accuracy, organization, and responsiveness throughout the deal lifecycle Skills • 2–3 years of experience in investment banking or private equity • Strong understanding of transaction processes and deal execution • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously • Detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments • Strong communication skills and professional judgment Company Overview • Umbrex is a global community of independent, top-tier management consultants.
