[Remote] International Tax Consultant

Beech Valley Solutions is seeking an experienced International Tax Consultant to support a growing portfolio of inbound clients primarily from Europe entering or expanding within the United States. This role involves advising on U.S. tax implications for foreign-owned entities and working on complex structuring and advisory projects.ResponsibilitiesAdvise on U.S. tax implications for foreign-owned entities operating or expanding in the U.SSupport initial U.S. entity structuring and market entry strategiesAssist with restructuring initiatives for multinational organizationsPerform withholding tax analysis and related compliance considerationsAnalyze permanent establishment (PE) exposure and related risksConduct trust and entity classification analysis for cross-border structuresPrepare clear, well-supported technical tax memorandaParticipate in client calls and internal discussions, providing practical, actionable insightsCollaborate with cross-functional teams while also managing workstreams independentlySkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, MST, or JD/LL.M. (Tax) preferred3+ years of international tax experience, ideally with inbound U.S. taxation exposureStrong knowledge of U.S. international tax concepts, including entity structuring, PE, and withholdingProven ability to draft technical memoranda and communicate complex issues clearlyExperience working with foreign-owned U.S. businesses or multinational clientsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a project-based environmentStrong communication skills and comfort interacting with both clients and internal stakeholdersCPA, MST, or JD/LL.M.
