[Remote] International Customer Service Representative

They are looking for an International Customer Service Representative, referred to as an Assistance Coordinator, who will ensure excellent customer service through inbound and outbound communication regarding insurance inquiries and claims.ResponsibilitiesAnswer and address a high volume of inbound communication (phone, email, online chat, etc.) in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining performance metrics, quality standards, and HIPAA complianceProvide professional and courteous outbound communication as instructedDocument contact outcomes in customer relationship management toolAvailability to work some holidays and weekend days.
