[Remote] Intermediate AI Developer

Nuclearpromisex is seeking an Intermediate AI Developer to build AI agents that automate administrative workflows within workforce and performance management systems. The role involves developing and deploying AI solutions to enhance efficiency and support staff in high-value tasks while mentoring junior developers. Responsibilities • Build and deploy AI agents that automate administrative workflows (e.g., scheduling updates, documentation preparation, qualification tracking, and report generation) to reduce manual coordination effort • Integrate agent capabilities into existing workforce and performance management systems, ensuring seamless access to data across tools like SharePoint, Teams, and internal databases • Design and maintain data pipelines to structure information from documents, procedures, logs, and communication channels so agents can provide accurate and context-aware support • Work closely with operations, HR, and performance teams to understand real workflow pain points and iteratively refine agent functionality based on feedback and measurable improvements • Mentor and support junior developers, sharing best practices in AI workflow design, coding standards, and agent reliability to strengthen the team’s technical capability Skills • Experience in building and deploying AI agents that automate administrative workflows • Proficiency in React, Next.js, Python, Azure, Minio, Weaviate, Ollama, Postgres, and Redis • Ability to integrate agent capabilities into existing workforce and performance management systems • Experience in designing and maintaining data pipelines • Strong understanding of workflow pain points in operations, HR, and performance teams • Experience mentoring and supporting junior developers • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable outcomes and business value • Ability to elevate team performance and create influence without being asked • Thrives in dynamic environments and embodies a growth mindset • Proactively identifies and solves problems • Strengthens company culture and role models company values Benefits • Health coverage • A spending account • The freedom to rest and recharge • Flexible time off Company Overview • NPX ONE provides packing, merchandising and consumer takeaway of fresh meat, poultry, seafood and produce.
