• Patent prosecution & portfolio management
• IP litigation (patents, trade secrets, trademarks, copyright)
• Technology licensing, SaaS, and data transactions
• IP due diligence for M&A, financings, and investments
• Life sciences, biotech, pharma, and med-tech IP
• Cross-border and international IP strategy
