[Remote] Integration Project Manager

HomeX Services Group is seeking an Integration Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology projects that enhance their enterprise platform strategy. The role involves overseeing post-close M&A system onboarding and integrations, ensuring a repeatable, high-quality integration program in collaboration with various stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery using standard PMO practices (scope, schedule, budget, risks, change control, communications)Create and manage detailed project plans, workstreams, milestones, and dependencies; maintain project documentation and status reportingFacilitate stakeholder alignment, decisioning, and issue resolution across IT, Finance/FP&A, Operations, and field leadershipCoordinate testing strategy, UAT, training, cutover, and hypercare for enterprise software initiativesTrack adoption and performance post-go-live; drive corrective actions as neededConduct legacy system discovery at newly acquired companies (CRM, dispatch, call center, accounting, marketing, etc.), documenting data sources, gaps, and process dependenciesBuild data migration and mapping plans: extract, clean, normalize, and align legacy data to HxSG standards and the ServiceTitan “model tenant.”Run a repeatable ~6-week acquisition integration project plan in partnership with ServiceTitan Professional ServicesLead sandbox configuration, validation testing, and UAT to ensure data accuracy and workflow alignment prior to cutoverCoordinate training content, scheduling, and delivery for onsite teams at acquired locations; confirm readiness for go-livePartner with FP&A to validate financial and operational data setup (job types, business units, pricebooks, GL mapping, KPIs) for accurate reportingSupport go-live cutover execution, stabilization, and hypercare with rapid issue triage and resolutionSkillsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)4–7+ years of project management experience delivering SaaS implementations or system migrationsWorking knowledge of enterprise data conversion concepts (ETL, mapping, QA/validation, reconciliation)Strong ability to manage stakeholders across multiple locations and functional groupsExcellent written/verbal communication; able to translate technical detail for non-technical teamsProficiency with PM tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, MS Project, Monday.com) and collaboration suitesExperience supporting M&A integrations or multi-tenant enterprise rollupsFamiliarity with field service platforms such as ServiceTitan and adjacent tools (Intacct, Tableau, telephony/contact center, etc.)Knowledge of process improvement frameworks and structured delivery methods (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)Company OverviewThe Best Partner for Your Business Join a network where sustainable growth meets diversity and exceptional customer care, offering your business the support and tools it needs to thrive in any climate.
