[Remote] Integration Engineer, Amazon IVS Customer Success Engineering

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Customer Success Integration Engineer to build technical relationships with IVS customers and support them in integrating the IVS service. The role involves resolving integration challenges, consulting with various teams, and creating technical artifacts to facilitate customer onboarding. Responsibilities • Be the primary technical contact for onboarding and integrations with strategic customers • Resolve integration challenges to expedite the launch of IVS-powered customer applications • Ensure a smooth transition to AWS support teams following a successful customer launch • Consult with Business Development, Account Management, and Solutions Architecture teams to communicate the value of Amazon IVS, evaluate IVS product fit, and forecast onboarding effort with strategic customers • Create feedback mechanisms and advocate for customer needs to influence the development of new product innovations • Capture and share knowledge and best practices to the IVS community and AWS sales teams • Accelerate and simplify customer onboarding by creating technical artifacts including code samples, workshops, and demos Skills • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience • 3+ years of Android development experience • 3+ years of Apple platform development experience • Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent • Experience working in a customer-facing role Benefits • Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage) • 401(k) matching • Paid time off • Parental leave Company Overview • Launched in 2006, Amazon Web Services (AWS) began exposing key infrastructure services to businesses in the form of web services -- now widely known as cloud computing.
