[Remote] Integrated Operations and Implementation Director

The Integrated Operations and Implementation Director will lead enterprise-wide integration and planning, ensuring alignment across various marketing and fundraising initiatives while improving operational efficiency and collaboration.ResponsibilitiesServe as a central point of integration across the enterprise to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, workflows, and deliverablesIdentify operational inefficiencies, workflow gaps, and communication barriers, and implement scalable solutions to improve collaboration and executionFacilitate enterprise-wide planning discussions and drive accountability across cross-functional stakeholdersPartner with senior leadership to establish and reinforce operational best practices, governance processes, and implementation standardsLead integrated planning efforts for large-scale omnichannel marketing and fundraising initiatives across brand, digital, direct response, media, analytics, and production teamsAnticipate project and organizational risks, proactively identify solutions, and escalate issues when necessary to maintain momentum and delivery qualitySupport change management initiatives that improve operational consistency, transparency, and organizational effectivenessBuild strong working relationships across teams and departments to foster trust, alignment, and a culture of collaborationDevelop reporting frameworks, operational dashboards, or workflow visibility tools that improve planning accuracy and execution oversightEnsure seamless onboarding, transition, and implementation processes for new clients, campaigns, and expanded scopes of workSkills7-10+ years of experience in integrated operations, project management, agency operations, client services, marketing operations, or workflow leadership rolesExperience leading cross-functional planning and implementation efforts within complex agency or enterprise environmentsDemonstrated success improving operational efficiency and cross-department collaborationDemonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across complex organizational structuresStrong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsProven success navigating competing priorities across cross-functional teams and departmentsAbility to build consensus and drive accountability in fast-paced, matrixed environmentsExperience supporting omnichannel brand, marketing, and/or fundraising campaigns strongly preferredExperience working across multiple business units, agencies, or matrixed organizational structures preferredBenefitsComprehensive healthcarePaid holidaysGenerous paid time offCompany OverviewMoore is a constituent experience company that integrates the donor experience across all platforms, channels, and devices.
