[Remote] Integrated Marketing Campaign Manager

They are seeking a B2B Integrated Campaign Manager who will be responsible for the strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns to drive revenue and qualified opportunities within a fast-scaling SaaS environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns to drive demand, pipeline, and revenueTranslate business goals into coordinated campaigns across email, paid media, web, events, and sales outreachOwn campaign execution end-to-end, including building and launching campaigns in HubSpotBuild, test, and deploy campaign assets in HubSpot (emails, landing pages, workflows, forms)Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to ensure proper segmentation, targeting, and timingManage campaign workflows and triggers to support lead generation and nurture effortsEnsure campaigns are properly tracked, tagged, and attributedCollaborate with product marketing, content, design, and sales to align messaging and campaign goalsWork closely with RevOps to ensure Salesforce and HubSpot alignment for campaign tracking and lead flowSupport sales with campaign insights, follow-up strategies, and enablement materialsDefine KPIs (MQLs, pipeline, conversion rates, campaign ROI)Monitor campaign performance and optimize in real time (A/B testing, messaging, timing, channels)Build and maintain campaign reporting dashboards in HubSpotEnsure campaigns follow best practices for data usage, segmentation, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)Maintain clean campaign data and proper attribution trackingSkills4–7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaignsHands-on experience executing campaigns in HubSpot (or similar MAP)Strong understanding of pipeline generation and SaaS funnel metricsExperience working with Salesforce CRM and marketing-sales alignmentAbility to manage both strategy and execution in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsCompetitive compensation package including stock optionsFlexible work scheduleComprehensive benefits including retirement plan matchOpportunity to make a real impact every dayWork with a dynamic and growing teamUnlimited PTOCompany OverviewManufacturing facilities face common challenges including stressed equipment, unplanned downtime, and strained personnel.
