Our client is growing and needs a Remote Legal Intake Specialist to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. This position will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring a positive experience for their members. If you have office experience, fast and accurate keyboarding skills, and a passion for providing top-notch customer service, then our client needs to speak with you!Requirements:
Must live in the North Texas area
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior office/customer service experience is required
Fast and accurate keyboarding and computer skills is a must
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
After training, this will be a remote position but MUST live in North Texas and possess own computer equipment
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:15 am – 5:00 pmBenefits:
