Join our dynamic team as a Remote Insurance Verification Specialist and play a vital role in our New Business and Underwriting process. As a key member of our Quality Assurance Department, you will verify life and health insurance applications directly with potential customers, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information to determine policy issuance. Key Responsibilities:

Thrive in a fast-paced call center environment, handling a high volume of daily calls with ease and professionalism
Navigate our Quality Assurance database with confidence, conducting thorough assessments to identify required information and verification needs
Provide exceptional customer service, explaining the application process to potential customers and addressing their queries in a clear and concise manner
Meet and exceed departmental key performance indicators (KPIs), demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively in a remote setting


Requirements:

1+ year of experience in a high-volume contact center environment, receptionist role, or a position involving daily calls (strict requirement)
Basic knowledge of medical terminology (strict requirement)
18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or equivalent
Reliable internet connection (minimum 20 UPLOAD speed, hardwired connection)
Quiet and professional home workspace
Basic computer knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Office and typing (minimum 30 wpm)
Excellent oral and written communication, customer service, and organizational skills


What We Offer:

Competitive salary: $15.00/hr, with the potential to earn an additional $1.00/hr for bilingual Spanish speakers
Bonus pay opportunities: earn up to $10.00/hr extra based on performance metrics
Comprehensive training program: 4 weeks, Monday-Thursday 5pm-9pm CST, Friday 4pm-8pm CST
Flexible scheduling: post-training schedule includes Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 4pm-9pm CST, Friday 4pm-8pm CST, and Saturday 7am-12pm CST
Equipment provided: dual monitor, headset, keyboard, mouse, and camera for virtual meetings
