You will be a critical part of our revenue cycle team ensuring patients receive seamless care without billing surprises.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments
ā¢ Contact insurance companies by phone and online portals to confirm coverage
ā¢ Obtain prior authorizations for medical procedures when required
ā¢ Update and maintain accurate insurance information in patient records
ā¢ Communicate verification results to the billing and clinical teams
ā¢ Resolve insurance discrepancies quickly and professionally
ā¢ Meet daily verification quotas and accuracy standards
