Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telemarketing Representative to promote and sell our insurance products over the phone. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, explaining the benefits of our insurance offerings, and generating qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
ย Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing clients
ย Present and explain the features of various insurance products
ย Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
ย Schedule appointments for insurance agents
ย Follow up on leads and answer any client inquiries
ย Maintain a database of contacted clients and update information regularly
ย Achieve daily/weekly/monthly performance targets
Requirements
ย Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (insurance industry experience is a plus)
ย Strong communication and interpersonal skills
ย Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
ย A clear, professional phone presence
ย Basic knowledge of insurance products and services preferred
ย Must have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace
ย Comfortable working with CRM software and making high volumes of calls
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
