They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise cross-functional initiatives, drive outcomes, and ensure value realization across complex projects within the new Project Management Office (ePMO).ResponsibilitiesLead one or more complex enterprise, cross-functional initiatives from intake through stabilization and value realizationDevelop and maintain decision-ready delivery plans spanning scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, resourcing, and readiness checkpointsIndependently manage interdependencies across initiatives, vendors, and operational teamsFacilitate structured forums, governance reviews, and decision checkpoints to maintain momentum and alignmentProactively surface delivery risks, tradeoffs, and resource constraints with recommended paths forwardPartner with Business Owners to clarify success criteria, adoption expectations, and readiness requirementsEnsure appropriate business representation and engagement throughout deliveryReinforce that the business owns: Process design decisions, Adoption and change readiness, Postāgo-live benefit realizationCoach stakeholders on enterprise delivery expectations and governance standardsEnsure initiatives entering the ePMO pipeline are complete, well-formed, and decision-readySupport standardized intake, scoring, prioritization, and funding workflowsMaintain high-quality, executive-ready artifacts including: Charters and scope summaries, Status and health reporting, Risk, issue, and dependency tracking, Options, tradeoffs, and decision support materialsLead or support quarterly portfolio and governance reviews with clear, concise reporting and recommendationsEmbed change management considerations into delivery from day onePartner with business teams and enablement resources to ensure stakeholder readiness, training and communications planning, and complete operational handoffsLead business readiness checkpoints prior to go-live and reinforce accountability for adoptionDefine adoption and success measures and validate progress postāimplementationPartner with Finance and Business Owners to ensure success metrics are defined, measurable, and trackedTrack postāgo-live outcomes against agreed-upon objectives and expected benefitsFacilitate retrospectives focused on what improved enterprise capability and value, not just what shippedContribute to the evolution of ePMO standards, templates, tooling, and best practicesPromote responsible and practical use of AI and automation to improve delivery efficiencyIdentify opportunities where AI can support reporting, analysis, or intake qualityShare emerging best practices to improve PMO maturity and decision supportSkillsStrong project and change management skills and experienceInsurance industry experience - preferably P&C experienceBachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related discipline7+ years of experience leading enterprise, cross-functional initiatives with significant dependencies and stakeholder coordinationDemonstrated ability to operate independently, manage risks and tradeoffs, and escalate with clear options and recommendationsDemonstrated experience in governance, executive-ready reporting, business readiness, adoption planning, and value realization trackingStrong executive communication, facilitation, influence, and systems-thinking skillsWorking knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery modelsInsurance, financial services, or other complex, matrixed organizations.
