[Remote] Insurance Sales Specialist

In this fully remote role, you will drive sales performance, coach and develop agents, ensure regulatory compliance, and support best-in-class customer experiences.ResponsibilitiesLead and coach a remote team of 12–16 licensed insurance sales agentsDrive insurance sales performance to meet team and department goalsAnalyze sales metrics and implement performance improvement strategiesEnsure compliance with insurance regulations and company policiesManage team schedules, timekeeping, coverage, and workforce planningInterview, hire, and onboard new sales team membersProvide ongoing coaching, training, and development for agents, including newly licensed agentsHandle customer escalations and ensure five-star service standardsStay current on insurance products, industry trends, and carrier updatesProvide occasional off-hours team support as neededSkills3+ years of leadership experience (insurance leadership preferred)6+ years of insurance industry experienceActive Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines licenseActive Life license or willingness to obtain oneProven experience directly leading or managing a teamDemonstrated ability to lead and coach newly licensed agentsComfortable managing a fully remote team of approximately 12–16 agentsStrong analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and drive outcomesExcellent communication, coaching, and escalation management skillsCommitment to regulatory compliance and high-quality customer serviceWillingness to provide occasional support outside standard hoursInsurance leadership experiencePrior experience leading a remote team is a plusCompany OverviewMissionHires is an AI hiring platform that provides automated sourcing, screening, and recruitment services.
