[Remote] Insurance Sales Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Walls Insurance Group is offering a unique opportunity for individuals to work virtually from home as Insurance Sales Specialists. The role involves meeting with clients who request information about mortgage protection and life insurance, with no cold calling required and a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Train agents to meet with clients virtually who request information about protecting their mortgage and family in the event of a death or disability
ā¢ Provide access to exclusive, qualified direct mail leads for agents
ā¢ Assist agents in getting set up for courses to prepare for their Life exam and obtain their license
ā¢ Build rapport and connect with clients over the phone/virtually
ā¢ Utilize a proven training system designed for success
Skills
ā¢ Must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States
ā¢ You will need a state life insurance license. If you are not currently licensed, that is ok! We will assist you in getting set up for courses to prepare for your Life exam and obtain your license. This typically takes about 1-2 weeks
ā¢ Have a clean criminal background (a background check w/fingerprinting must be done)
ā¢ Ability to build rapport and connect with clients over the phone/virtually
ā¢ Ethical, self-disciplined, and trustworthy
ā¢ Have a growth mindset
ā¢ Performance-driven, entrepreneurial spirit, self-directed/motivated
ā¢ Independent, teachable/coachable and honest
ā¢ Personable, have strong integrity and willingness to serve clients
ā¢ Passionate about educating those who need your help
ā¢ Positive, confident, and help clients in a low-pressure environment
ā¢ Willing to utilize our proven training system that is designed for your success
