[Remote] Insurance Sales Representative (Brokerage, Bilingual)

They are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to connect with prospective customers, recommend insurance solutions, and help drive business growth through inbound leads.
Responsibilities
β’ Connect with potential customers via phone, email, and text to understand their insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions
β’ Clearly communicate the features and benefits of products from multiple insurance carriers, answering customer questions with confidence
β’ Work primarily with company-provided qualified leads to maximize sales opportunities and conversion rates
β’ Consistently follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text to move them through the sales funnel Meet or exceed sales goals by applying effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with customers
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriters and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
β’ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools
β’ Build customized policies for customers using internal quoting tools and systems
β’ Educate homeowners on insurance coverage options to ensure they fully understand their protection
β’ Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position Kinβs Agency solutions
Skills
β’ 1+ years of insurance sales experience in a fast-paced brokerage environment
β’ Bilingual ability (Spanish preferred)
β’ Experience selling with multiple carriers across multiple states (home, auto, umbrella, jewelry, etc.)
β’ Active Property & Casualty license
β’ Strong understanding of insurance products and policy processes
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
β’ Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a natural ability to close deals
β’ Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
β’ Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools
β’ Call or contact center experience (brokerage experience preferred)
β’ Experience with Citizens Property Insurance
