[Remote] Insurance Sales Representative

Premier Services is a fast-growing, family-operated independent insurance agency looking to hire Life Insurance Sales Representatives across the US. This remote position allows you to work from home while helping families understand their insurance options and placing policies that fit their needs. Responsibilities Learn and deliver customized life insurance solutions to families, individuals, and business owners via phone, Zoom, or in person Build relationships with clients while educating them on suitable products to protect their interests Contact and follow up with prospective clients (leads) Manage your own schedule while remaining accountable to your goals Attend live weekly training sessions to enhance your skills and stay informed about industry developments Maintain detailed records of client communications to support long-term relationship building and future service Uphold a high level of professionalism, empathy, and ethical standards in all client interactions Adhere to state regulatory licensing requirements Skills A current life and health insurance license issued by your home state, along with guidance in contracting with insurance carriers A strong work ethic and a desire for personal and financial growth Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (experience in the service industry is a plus) Ability to effectively manage your time, calendar, and priorities Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, Zoom, email, and basic Microsoft/Apple tools (training will be provided) A high school diploma or equivalent A valid U.S. Driver's License Must hold a life insurance license in your resident state or be able to obtain one quickly Must reside in the United States Benefits Comprehensive Training Real Support Company Overview Premier Services is a company that provides advertising and promotional products.
