They are seeking an Insurance Product Manager to lead product and pricing initiatives, ensuring competitive and customer-centered insurance products while collaborating across various teams to drive profitable growth.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the successful implementation of new product, pricing, and underwriting actions at a state and national levelMaintain loss ratio discipline and risk tolerance while achieving profitable growth in assigned markets; ensure forecasts and business objectives account for current and likely market conditionsManage catastrophe risk and concentration risk effectively as the business pursues growth objectivesAnalyze key competitors and their strategies; share insights across the organization to develop effective market initiatives and build out competitive intelligence toolsRegularly report on product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results; recommend KPIs and metrics to improve performance trackingEnsure all products meet customer needs and expectations; incorporate customer feedback into product development and improvementPartner cross-functionally with underwriting, marketing, sales, IT, and operations teams to deliver cohesive and effective product initiativesEnsure all products comply with relevant regulatory requirements and standardsIdentify and develop cross-functional process improvements that enhance both efficiency and effectivenessSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferredMinimum 10+ years of experience in product management, actuarial, finance, or related roles within the insurance industry; minimum 5+ years in homeowners insurance requiredProven track record of successful product launches and strategic initiativesDeep understanding of personal lines insurance and reinsurance, including trends, regulations, and the competitive landscapeStrong leadership and team management skills; ability to inspire and drive cross-functional teams toward common goalsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency using data to drive strategic decisionsExceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex issues clearly for partners and stakeholdersCreative thinker with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, financial acumen, and regulatory knowledgeDemonstrated customer focus and the ability to incorporate feedback into product strategyBenefitsAdditionally, you will be eligible to receive long-term incentive awards, subject to program guidelines and approvals.Our traditional healthcare benefits include three (3) Medical plan options, two (2) Dental plan options, and a Vision plan from which to choose.Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity and Accident plans are offered on a voluntary basis.We offer pre-tax savings options including a partially employer funded Health Savings Account and employee Flexible Savings Accounts including healthcare, dependent care, and transportation savings options.We provide company paid Basic Life and AD&D, Short and Long-Term Disability benefits.
