[Remote] Insurance Producer/Account Manager

They are seeking an Insurance Producer/Account Manager to engage with customers, discuss their insurance needs, and recommend appropriate products while meeting sales goals and maintaining customer records.ResponsibilitiesEngage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreachDevelop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunitiesSchedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goalsCollaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategiesTrack activity and report progress toward established objectivesMaintain compliance with office and regulatory proceduresSkillsMust have an active insurance license for Property/Casualty and Life/HealthAt least some current State Farm experiencePosition open to U.S. Residents onlyProperty & Casualty, Life and Health requiredMust be able to solve problems quickly and be good with basic computer functionsMust have access to fast and reliable internet serviceMust be comfortable working in the Eastern Time ZoneExcellent communication skills - written, verbal and listeningSelf-motivatedAbility to multi-taskAbility to effectively relate to a customerAbility to work in a fast-paced, team friendly environmentMust have the ability to carry out daily responsibilities without supervisionExcellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team membersState Farm agency experience is preferredBenefitsOpportunity to earn a trip for you plus 1, or a key motivator to tie in your personal and professional goals!Base pay plus commission and bonuses.
