• Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely processing and client satisfaction
Skills & Qualifications
• Previous experience in insurance or customer service is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
