Conduct comprehensive assessments of each clients individual insurance requirements and provide expert advice on suitable products and services.
Manage a portfolio of clients ensuring their insurance policies are up-to-date and provide ongoing support.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Process insurance applications, handle policy renewals, and manage claims efficiently.
Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an insurance agent or in a related role.
Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
