[Remote] Instructor & Content Partnerships Specialist

The Instructor & Content Partnerships Specialist is responsible for building and managing a network of clinical experts for healthcare education, overseeing instructor engagement from recruitment to scheduling and ensuring compliance across the instructor ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesProactively devise and execute plans for the sourcing, recruitment, and conversion of clinical experts into long-term Content PartnersNetwork through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and internal referrals to build an active pool of qualified candidates in advance of needResearch and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting to ensure a diverse and high-caliber instructor pipelineAct as a brand ambassador to establish Colibri as the "Partner of Choice" within the healthcare professional communityOwn the execution of the webinar schedule, utilizing established rubrics to determine optimal dates, times, and instructor selections for live broadcastsSelect and confirm presenters for in-person and streaming live events based on provided schedules and curriculum requirementsManage the "supply-to-demand" alignment, ensuring that every scheduled event has a confirmed, high-quality instructor assigned well in advance of the air dateFlag scheduling bottlenecks or instructor shortages to leadership with recommended mitigation plansServe as the primary liaison and consultant for instructor clinicians, ensuring a high-touch, professional experience from onboarding through active partnershipConduct regular follow-up with instructors to gauge morale, gather feedback, and ensure long-term retention and engagementProvide light-touch training and enablement to internal teams (e.g., Customer Service) to ensure they understand the value and subject matter of our instructor-led productsMaintain accurate and up-to-date instructor profiles, performance notes, and relationship history in internal databasesCoordinate the collection and verification of all required partner documentation, including signed contracts, CVs/Resumes, references, and support documentsEnsure 100% compliance with regulatory and internal standards prior to any instructor-led eventSupport the administrative duties and recordkeeping associated with the instructor lifecycle to ensure data integrity across all platformsSkillsAssociate degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred) in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field2+ years of experience in talent recruitment, partner management, or clinical relationship buildingProven expertise in candidate sourcing and building professional networks from scratchStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex scheduling rubricsAdvanced communication abilities (person-to-person, telephonic, and electronic) with a high degree of professional polishAbility to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a flexible work schedule to accommodate recruitment meetingsKnowledge of contract terminology and the ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary company materialExperience in a technical recruiting or talent management role within the healthcare or education sectorsFamiliarity with webinar platforms and live event coordinationExperience working with external contractors/vendors and tracking deliverables against defined expectationsCompany OverviewColibri Group is building the future of professional education by empowering professionals to achieve more, adapt, and thrive in their careers.
