[Remote] Instructional Designer/UKHC
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. UK HealthCare is seeking an Instructional Designer to join their Enterprise Experience, Organizational Development & Learning team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and administering high-quality learning experiences that support compliance, safety, and professional development across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead the design, development, and administration of high-quality learning experiences
ā¢ Execute annual mandatory safety web-based trainings (WBTs), ensuring all content meets regulatory requirements and accessibility standards
ā¢ Develop and implement instructional strategies for in-person training experiences, including workshops, seminars, and classroom sessions
ā¢ Design interactive activities and assess learning outcomes to enhance engagement and effectiveness for both virtual and face-to-face learning environments
Skills
ā¢ BA
ā¢ 4 years of required related experience
ā¢ None required for license/registration/certification
ā¢ Instructional design and adult learning expertise
ā¢ ELearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate)
ā¢ SCORM /xAPI configuration and LMS publishing
ā¢ Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements (TJC, OSHA, OIG)
ā¢ Knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA Title II and Section 508)
ā¢ Strong project management and organizational skills
ā¢ Collaboration and consultation with SMEs and leaders
ā¢ Master's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, human resources, or a related field
ā¢ Experience with LMS administration (SuccessFactors or equivalent)
ā¢ Experience supporting orientation, leadership development, or large-scale enterprise learning programs
ā¢ Knowledge of evaluation frameworks (Kirkpatrick model, ROI in learning, etc.)
