This role is responsible for designing, developing, and administering high-quality learning experiences that support compliance, safety, and professional development across the enterprise.ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and administration of high-quality learning experiencesExecute annual mandatory safety web-based trainings (WBTs), ensuring all content meets regulatory requirements and accessibility standardsDevelop and implement instructional strategies for in-person training experiences, including workshops, seminars, and classroom sessionsDesign interactive activities and assess learning outcomes to enhance engagement and effectiveness for both virtual and face-to-face learning environmentsSkillsBA4 years of required related experienceNone required for license/registration/certificationInstructional design and adult learning expertiseELearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate)SCORM /xAPI configuration and LMS publishingKnowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements (TJC, OSHA, OIG)Knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA Title II and Section 508)Strong project management and organizational skillsCollaboration and consultation with SMEs and leadersMaster's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, human resources, or a related fieldExperience with LMS administration (SuccessFactors or equivalent)Experience supporting orientation, leadership development, or large-scale enterprise learning programsKnowledge of evaluation frameworks (Kirkpatrick model, ROI in learning, etc.)Company OverviewUK HealthCare is the hospital that offers academic health care, research, education and clinical care at the University of Kentucky.
