They are seeking an Instructional Designer II to develop high-impact sales training content, manage enablement operations, and measure program effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesApply adult learning and instructional design principles to develop high-impact sales training content grounded in real AM workflowsAuthor, edit, and review enablement content ensuring accuracy and clarityManage project level enablement operations — maintain system hygiene, track certifications, update learning repositories, and manage translation and version control processesMeasure program effectiveness using sales performance data, learner feedback, and adoption analytics; synthesize insights to drive continuous improvementSupport virtual and live facilitation where needed, fostering interactive learning, peer exchange, and the practical application of selling skillsSkills2–4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning Design, or Sales Training, ideally with exposure to direct selling or AM rolesFormal education, certification, or training in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or Learning Experience Design and the ability to create programs that drive skill application and behavior changeProven success building or facilitating sales training for expansion-focused teamsStrong project management skills, capable of organizing multiple initiatives concurrentlyLanguage fluency (read, write, speak, and review content) in at least one of the following: Spanish (LATAM), German, French (European), Japanese, or TaiwaneseAbility to adapt content and facilitation styles for culturally diverse or region-specific audiencesExperience using learning analytics or performance metrics to evaluate and iterate on program effectivenessProficiency with learning design tools and systems, such as Rise, Seismic, Articulate, Captivate, or Figma, and presentation tools like Google SlidesExcellent communicator with presence and credibility among sales audiencesBackground in GTM or revenue enablement within high-growth, fast-paced environmentsExperience as a former Account Manager or client success professionalBenefitsIntelliPro provides a comprehensive benefits package, all subject to eligibility.Company OverviewIntelliPro Group Inc. is one of the fastest growing IT services and HR solutions companies in Americas & APAC.
