The role involves designing and developing impactful learning solutions, including eLearning courses and training documents for an enterprise-wide audience.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build and deliver as needed instructionally sound eLearning and other educational resources (video, microlearning, QRGs)Works independently or with guidance from Leadership to design, develop, and support learning programs as assignedDevelop course outlines and all course related documents (scripts) throughout the design/development phasesApply effective learning methodologies to analyze and evaluate the integrity and audience appropriateness of instructional approach, materials and intended delivery methodologyDesign engaging learning activities that aligns with Ryderโs goals, operating principles and competenciesDesign using creative, innovative, and evidence-based approaches; develop storyboards for e-learning and videosUtilize virtual and web-based solutions (tools; resources) fostering the development of online based learning programs.
