[Remote] Instructional Designer

The role involves designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning solutions while adhering to established instructional design methodologies and standards.ResponsibilitiesApply the ADDIE instructional design modelAnalyze source content to determine learning needsDesign and develop learning solutions aligned with business objectivesCreate e-learning courses using storyboards and source materialsDevelop virtual instructor-led training (vILT) from procedural documentationProduce job aids and supporting learning materialsUtilize provided templates and follow established standards and guidelinesEnsure deliverables meet quality expectations and timelinesCommunicate project status and escalate risks or issues as neededCollaborate with cross-functional team members using digital collaboration toolsSkills5+ years of instructional design or learning development experienceProven experience designing end-to-end learning solutionsProficiency with instructional design tools, including: Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, CamtasiaAbility to work independently with limited oversightStrong organizational and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Design, or a related fieldExperience working in a consumer-focused organizationBackground in healthcare and/or insurance industriesBenefitsW2 optionCompany OverviewResults through the Power of Experience.
