The role focuses on creating engaging, measurable learning experiences that drive employee performance and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop engaging digital learning programs, including e-learning modules, simulations, webinars, videos, assessments, and self-paced learning experiencesBuild advanced learning solutions using Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, SCORM Cloud, JavaScript extensions, xAPI, and cmi5Create reusable templates, standards, and learning assets to support scalable content developmentDevelop multimedia learning content, including graphics, videos, exercises, and interactive scenariosEstablish and lead a Learning Experience Design Center of Excellence (COE)Define instructional design standards, methodologies, and best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business objectives and performance outcomesUtilize AI and emerging technologies to enhance learner engagement and modernize learning experiencesEnsure accessibility compliance and LMS compatibility across all learning solutionsEvaluate learning effectiveness through analytics, reporting, and assessment methodologiesDevelop and track key learning performance indicatorsImplement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve learning content and learner experiencesMaintain governance processes for content updates, quality assurance, and optimizationSkills5+ years of experience designing and developing digital learning and training programsExpertise with Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and SCORM CloudStrong experience creating interactive learning experiences and multimedia-based training solutionsKnowledge of xAPI, cmi5, LMS platforms, and modern learning technologiesExperience leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies within learning and development environmentsFamiliarity with JavaScript and advanced interactive learning development techniquesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skillsExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience supporting large-scale operations organizationsExperience developing learning programs for educator-facing, customer support, or service-oriented teamsKnowledge of accessibility standards and ADA-compliant instructional design practicesExperience with Blender or other advanced multimedia development toolsCompany OverviewMotion Recruitment, a Kelly® Company, delivers IT Talent Solutions for Contract, Direct Hire, Managed Solutions and Statement of Work to all of North America from our 21 delivery centers.
