[Remote] Instructional Design Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kellton is seeking an innovative Instructional Design leader to modernize digital learning experiences and establish a Learning Experience Design Center of Excellence. The role involves leading the design and development of engaging learning solutions while partnering with cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with business goals.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead the design and development of engaging, interactive, and measurable learning solutions
ā¢ Create digital training using Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, SCORM Cloud, and related tools
ā¢ Develop learning standards, templates, and best practices across the organization
ā¢ Leverage AI, xAPI, cmi5, JavaScript, and emerging technologies to enhance learning outcomes
ā¢ Partner with cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with business goals
ā¢ Drive learning analytics, performance measurement, and continuous improvement strategies
ā¢ Ensure accessibility, LMS compatibility, and content governance standards
