[Remote] Institutional Research Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Minneapolis College of Art and Design is seeking an Institutional Research Analyst. This position leads data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform institutional decision-making and supports accreditation and planning efforts while promoting a culture of evidence-based decision-making.ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and maintain institutional data related to enrollment, student success, faculty, academic programs, and operationsPrepare and submit external reports for reporting and compliance submissionsDevelop internal reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for internal stakeholdersMaintain data integrity and consistency across institutional systems and reportsPartner with academic and administrative leaders to collect and interpret data that informs strategic priorities, enrollment planning, resource allocation, and program developmentSupport institutional and departmental planning processes by developing metrics, benchmarks, and trend analysesProvide data and analysis for board and executive reports, accreditation self-studies, and strategic planning updatesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to collect and interpret assessment data for programs and institutional outcomesSupport program review and accreditation processes with data, documentation, and analysisIdentify patterns and opportunities for student learning, retention, and success improvementDesign, administer, and analyze institutional surveys for internal and external stakeholders.
