In this role, you will collaborate with an Outside Sales Representative and an Application Engineer to manage sales activities and customer relationships within your designated area, ensuring a seamless customer experience.ResponsibilitiesSales Team Collaboration: Build a strong partnership with the Outside Sales Representative, combining your organizational expertise with their field insights to maximize sales outcomes. Together with the Application Engineer, you will deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to robotic system integrators, machine builders, and distributors, ensuring that each partnerβs unique needs are met effectivelyCustomer Service and Care: Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries within your sales area. Manage a variety of requests, from general product inquiries to specific post-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and timely solutions for both direct customers and distribution partnersSales Process Support: Drive the sales process from start to finish, covering lead qualification, proposal preparation and follow-up, and pipeline management. Support seamless sales activities for direct clients and distributors alike, fostering relationships that enhance both immediate sales and long-term growthCRM and Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer information, sales reports, and pipeline tracking in the CRM system, providing the entire team with the insights needed for informed decision-making across both direct and indirect sales channelsDistributor Coordination: Work in tandem with the sales team to manage distributor relationships, aligning on sales targets, co-developing strategies, and coordinating communications to ensure optimal performance and market coverageAfter-Sales Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for all post-sales requests, managing communication and coordination to ensure a high-quality customer experience across the direct and distributor networksSkillsA proactive communicator and team player who values close collaboration and understands the importance of synergy within a sales teamOrganizational talent with a keen eye for detail, capable of handling multiple responsibilities with precisionStrong customer-focused attitude, with the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships through clear and professional communicationExperience with robotic system integrators, machine builders, and distributor management in a technical B2B sales environmentBilingual (Spanish) preferredPrevious experience with a CRM system is a plusCompany OverviewZebra Technologies delivers barcode printers, scanners, RFID, and mobile computing solutions for business visibility.
