GES - Global Experience Specialists is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for Custom Rental Exhibits to support their North American Exhibitions business unit. The role involves qualifying leads, generating proposals, and collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesScreen and qualify leads to grow the pipelineGenerate customer rental exhibits initial and final proposalsManage a large volume of prospecting by telephone, email, and respond to inbound inquiries and conduct outbound campaignsNurture prospective customers along the buyer’s journey further qualifying the opportunity to the highest quality to hand off to an account managerBe comfortable with engaging customers at all levels of an organization, including high-level decision makersAbility to educate customers on products offeringsBuild strong relationships with the design team and account managers to build custom rental exhibit proposals in a timely manner for customer approvalAbility to quickly learn products offerings and ability to communicate key aspects of those products to the customers as well as the ability to quickly adjust options to address unique customer requirementsSupport growth initiatives with research projects and other tasks in partnership with the sales teams and account managersLeverage database tools for discovery, research and initiation of outbound calling campaigns to new prospective customersConsistently maintain accurate documentation in appropriate business systems such as Salesforce and OracleMaintain excellent customer service satisfaction for both internal and external customersSkills3+ years' experience in sales, lead generation or customer-facing role that is driven by quotas and/or sales goals‘Hunter' mentality and willingness to be proactive towards reaching goalsBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Sales, Marketing, or other related field or equivalent experienceHighly motivated and disciplined self-starterExcellent prospecting, discovery, and nurturing skillsMust be able to learn product line and verbally describe to clients without the use of industry jargonDirect experience or capacity to learn a CRM application(s), such as Salesforce.com. or other sales databaseExcellent in creating professional sale proposals in programs such as MS PowerPointDisplay the consultation skills necessary to successfully represent and sell products and services to existing customers and prospectsStrong organizational, problem-solving skills to provide first class customer service experienceBenefitsCompetitive salaries401K with company matchHealthcare/vision/dental insuranceWellness benefitsCareer development programEmployee assistance programVacation timeCommunity involvement opportunitiesTeam activitiesRemoteCompany OverviewGES provides a wide-range of services, including official show services, audio visual, cutting-edge creative and design.
