They are looking for a tenacious Appointment Setter to help expand their footprint by scheduling meetings with decision-makers at mid-to-enterprise level companies. The role involves conducting outbound cold calls, effectively communicating value propositions, and managing CRM records. Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls to executives and decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Directors of IT) Effectively communicate our value proposition in cybersecurity and managed IT services Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for our senior sales team Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in our CRM Execute multi-touch outreach strategies including email follow-ups after initial calls Skills Conduct outbound cold calls to executives and decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Directors of IT) Effectively communicate our value proposition in cybersecurity and managed IT services Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for our senior sales team Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in our CRM Execute multi-touch outreach strategies including email follow-ups after initial calls A professional, confident phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly Resilience in the face of 'no' and the persistence to get past gatekeepers Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B sales is a major plus (but we will train the right personality) Familiarity with CRM tools and basic Microsoft 365/Teams knowledge Benefits Flexible schedule Work from home Company Overview Vigil Cyber helps businesses stay secure, compliant, and resilient against modern cyber threats.
