The Inside Sales Representative will engage in outbound and inbound sales calls, promote additional services, and assist customers in finding solutions to their needs. Responsibilities Participate in our 2-week remote sales training program Make outbound calls to our loyal customers to promote additional services Answer inbound calls from potential new customers who are looking to improve the safety and enjoyment of their homes and yards Assist them in solving their problems and advise on the best solutions Acquire the necessary information to document sales and process payments Open doors to new opportunities through referrals and perform additional duties as assigned Skills High School Diploma or equivalent Remote Sales experience Ambition to win right!
