[Remote] Inside Sales Representative - Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fox Pest Control is a rapidly growing pest control company that focuses on developing confident leaders and empowering individuals. The Inside Sales Representative will participate in a remote training program and will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote services and assist potential customers with their needs.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Make outbound calls to loyal customers to promote additional services
ā¢ Answer inbound calls from potential new customers looking to improve their homes and yards
ā¢ Assist customers in solving their problems and advise on the best solutions
ā¢ Acquire necessary information to document sales and process payments
ā¢ Open doors to new opportunities through referrals
ā¢ Perform additional duties as assigned
Skills
ā¢ High School Diploma or equivalent
ā¢ Remote Sales experience
ā¢ Ambition to win right! We don't sacrifice relationships or ethics
ā¢ Confidence and efficiency in speaking over the phone with prospective customers
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Proficiency with computers and various software, including Microsoft Office and industry-specific programs
ā¢ Spanish fluency is a plus
