[Remote] Inside Sales Representative (Lead Generation & Conversion Focus)

They are seeking a driven Inside Sales Specialist to focus on lead generation and conversion for Nidra Therapy, aimed at supporting individuals living with Restless Legs Syndrome. This role involves managing the sales process, generating leads, and collaborating with various teams to drive growth and expand patient access to therapy.ResponsibilitiesProactively generate and qualify new leads through outbound outreach, including phone calls, email, text messaging, and other digital channelsRespond promptly to inbound inquiries and convert leads into active sales opportunitiesEducate prospective customers on Nidra Therapy and guide them through the decision-making processBuild rapport and establish trust with prospective patients while effectively handling objectionsConsistently meet or exceed activity, conversion, and sales performance goalsManage and track all prospect interactions and sales activities within Salesforce CRMCollaborate with Marketing and Patient Access teams to optimize lead flow, conversion strategies, and customer experienceProvide feedback on messaging, campaign effectiveness, and lead quality to improve overall sales performanceMaintain accurate records and sales forecasts while ensuring data integrity within CRM systemsStay informed on product updates, market trends, and competitive offeringsSkills1–3+ years of inside sales, lead generation, business development, or customer acquisition experience (B2C or B2B)Strong outbound prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach activitiesProven ability to convert leads into customers in a structured sales environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong objection-handling, persuasion, and closing abilitiesExperience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferredHighly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environmentStrong organizational, time management, and follow-up skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teamsProficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applicationsExperience selling healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, wellness, or consumer healthcare productsExperience working in a startup or high-growth environmentFamiliarity with patient-focused sales processes and healthcare reimbursement considerationsDemonstrated success in exceeding sales and conversion goalsBenefitsQuarterly bonus opportunity of $3,500 OTE ($14,000 annual OTE)Opportunity for conversion to full-time employment based on individual performance and business needsCompany OverviewNoctrix Health is pioneering the next-generation of therapeutic wearables that empower patients to take control of their chronic medical conditions.
