Remote Inside Sales Representative
About the position
Our Remote Inside Sales Agent position is available for candidates based on the state of Alabama, Iowa, Arkansas, Georgia, Connecticut and Delaware. Applicants must reside within this specified locations to be considered for this role. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. From day one, you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, no worries, paid training also includes licensing! Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. You must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time. Example 11am-8pm (CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.

Requirements
2-3 years sales experience preferred

2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
,
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills
,
Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
,
Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
,
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
,
Property and Casualty License required after hire
