The Inside Sales Representative will develop new business by analyzing account potential, initiating sales, and recommending strategies while servicing existing accounts.ResponsibilitiesServices existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clientsIdentifies development potential in accounts by studying current business; interviewing key customer personnel and company personnel who have worked with customer; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunitiesFocuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealersKeeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysisMonitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etcContributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactionsRecommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developmentsResolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to managementContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededInitiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments, and cold callingDevelops sales by making initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and servicesCloses sales by overcoming objections; preparing contractsAcquire companies that have no significant revenue history with our organization by selling our products and servicesInitiate and develop a strong relationship with companiesDetermine customers' needs and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needsGive online demonstrations to clients in order to handle objections and convince customers to buyManage growth of new business by transitioning them to be loyal customersSkillsExcellent written & oral communication skillsAbility to effectively interact with various internal and external customers/ vendorsAbility to multi-taskAbility to organize efficiently and effectivelyAbility to exercise logical and sound judgmentAbility to work independentlyProficient skills using MS Office Suite (MS Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Proficient project management skillsProficient decision making and problem-solving skillsBachelor's Degree requiredIndustry and customer facing experience preferredBenefitsBonusCompetitive BenefitsPaid Time Off401(k) Savings PlanThis position is eligible for bonus based on performance.Company OverviewDrive Medical is one of the fastest growing global distributors of durable medical equipment.
