[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will drive revenue growth in the San Francisco Bay Area by managing sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with Territory Sales Managers to achieve sales goals.ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth within the San Francisco Bay Area territory by managing inbound and outbound sales activities, focusing on customer acquisition and retentionCollaborate closely with Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to ensure alignment on regional sales strategies, account priorities, and pipeline developmentMaintain and expand customer relationships through proactive communication, product education, and tailored solutions that meet client needsBuild in-depth knowledge of CRM and funnel management tools and applies these skills consistently to forecast business, manage customer opportunities, build opportunity pipeline, and make business decisionsDemonstrate effective selling skills and product understanding to uncover customer needs to position an appropriate solution; Maintain and develop strategic partnerships with key customers and leverage internal resources, when necessary, to achieve the highest level of customer satisfactionSkillsBachelor's degree with equivalent experience in a Life Science related discipline or related field required OR Master's degree in a life science fieldPrevious experience in the Life Science market, preferably in a customer-oriented and/or sales environment1+ years of Life Science sales experience (remote or in-person)Familiarity with molecular biology techniques (NGS, CRISPR, PCR, SynBio,...)Experience and Proficiency with popular CRM's (Salesforce)Molecular Biology or similar lab experienceBenefitsPaid time offMedical/dental/vision insurance401(k)Company OverviewIntegrated DNA Technologies sells short strands of DNA called oligonucleotides.
