[Remote] Inside Sales Rep

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling and upselling Pest Management Services to residential prospects while maintaining a customer-focused service and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities Effectively manage outbound daily sales calls expectations Consistently maintain a 35% or better closing rate and convert customer call-ins to 52% or better into our Year Round Protection Plan Consistently achieve and exceed monthly Base Line Sales Target Clearly identify and execute the Inside Sales 7 Step Sales Approach Follow up on all Proposed/Proposed/Open Orders and Sold/Proposed within 48 hours Re-solicitation/calls to convert single purchase customers into Year Round Protection Plan Effectively Execute Residential Campaigns for both new and existing customers Call volume standards are 12-15 Calls per Hour, 4-5 Contacts per Hour and 1-2 Appointments scheduled per Hour Multi-tasking skills are essential Skills High School Diploma or GED required 0-1 years of Sales experience and Call Center experience required Read, write and comprehend written and spoken English to communicate effectively and professionally at all times Possess a strong familiarity with the call center environment Use active listening skills and empathy when interacting with others Apply excellent interpersonal skills Possess service orientation with a desire to make a positive impact on all customers and colleagues Successfully work in a team environment Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Exceptional organizational skills Be self-motivated Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 2007 or later, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Have knowledge of Google Suite, especially Google Drive and associated programs frequently used at Rentokil North America Must pass pre-employment background screen Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle record search Benefits Benefits Start Day 1 for Full-Time Colleagues - No Waiting Period!
