[Remote] Inside Sales Assistant

The Inside Sales Assistant supports the Dental Division by providing administrative, customer, and sales support to drive business growth and improve sales effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesSchedule meetings and assist with customer engagement throughout the sales processProvide support to the sales team by identifying business opportunities, prospecting potential customers, coordinating customer interactions, and following up on sales leadsRespond to customer inquiries (dentists and dealers) via phone and email, providing accurate product and service informationMaintain accurate customer records and activity tracking in Salesforce and CRM systemsCollect, organize, and input data into spreadsheets and standard formatsSupport reporting and tracking of sales activities and pipeline dataProcess sample requests and coordinate product shipments as neededArrange shipments for trade shows, technical events, and customer meetingsAssist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and product materialsSupport execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives using Salesforce or other toolsPrepare routine correspondence, reports, and documentation as directedSchedule appointments and coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and eventsArrange travel and support event planning activities to enable sales and customer engagementMaintain departmental documentation and support administrative processes such as purchasing, expense tracking, and reportingFollow company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements to ensure complianceParticipate in training and development activities to build product knowledge and sales support capabilitiesSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required1-2 years of administrative experience, dental industry experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to travel 10% of the time for tradeshows and other eventsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple initiatives while delivering measurable resultsValid driver's license requiredAbility to have an adequate home office for sample storage and shippingDental industry experience preferred, but not requiredExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)BenefitsBase pay and an annual incentiveA robust healthcare package that includes wellness reimbursementsThree weeks of paid time offTen company holidaysPaid parental leaveEducation reimbursementA matching 401k planCompany OverviewKuraray is a leading global specialty chemical company that pioneers, manufactures and sells resins, chemicals, activated carbon, fibers, textiles, specialty dental materials and other highly functional products that improve the environment and enhance quality of life throughout the world.
