They are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to act as the central sales contact for the Field Sales Team and manage customer relationships while driving sales of Cisco solutions and networking technologies.ResponsibilitiesFunction as the central sales contact for our Field Sales Team and core customer baseWork extensively with Cisco Account Managers, Cisco partner resources, and other networking vendor teams to drive opportunities from qualification through closeForge strong relationships with customers, external sales team, and other internal team membersWork closely with the aligned Field Sales Team to collectively own the sales quota. Understand and help efficiently manage the opportunity pipeline, ensuring sales forecasts are predictable, accurate, and consistently maintainedCollaborate with Field Sales, customers, vendors, and our internal teams through conference and team callsAcknowledge and resolve customer inquiries proactively, resolving issues with a ‘complete-first-time’ attitude, delivering exceptional customer experienceIdentify and capture new opportunities, moving them effectively through the sales pipelineSource and develop comprehensive pricing quotes based on customers' IT requirements, including new hardware, software, and associated servicesAssist in driving sales through customer engagement, ensuring you deliver against the tenets of world-class supportProactively manage customer maintenance and support renewalsEnsure prompt and accurate entry of purchase orders and provide timely updates to customers and all relevant partiesActively participate in team meetings to stay updated on product changes and business strategiesActively participate in departmental initiatives and incentive programsCreate and maintain opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics CRMSkillsAt least 3 years of experience working with commercial and enterprise accounts, Field Account Managers, Cisco, and other networking vendorsExpert-level understanding of the Cisco sales processDemonstrated experience selling Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, HPE, and other relevant networking and data center vendorsDeep understanding of vendor discount structures, partner programs, deal registration requirements, and quoting processes across networking and data center vendorsExceptional communication skills (verbal and written)Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and offer suitable solutionsExcellent time management and organizational skillsInitiative-taking and strategic approach to sales, aimed at enhancing the client experienceAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentBachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a corporate or office settingProven sales experience, preferably in the IT industryMinimum 3 years of customer service experience by phone and email, preferably serving as a liaison between inside sales, field sales, customers, and vendorsExperience building and maintaining professional relationships with vendors, partners, and other departments within a companyComplete a background checkBenefitsUnlimited Paid Time OffMedical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Family Leave Benefits401k with contribution matchingYearly company shutdown (between Christmas and New Years)Company OverviewEnstal Technologies is an organization that specializes in the market to meet organizations' business needs with IT.
