[Remote] Inside Sales Account Executive

They are seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to creatively solicit and develop sales, maintain and grow a broker base, and achieve established revenue goals within an assigned territory.ResponsibilitiesCreatively solicit and develop sales; maintain and grow broker base within an assigned territory to meet established revenue goalsExecute and develop creative sales strategy to contact prospective brokers and prospective accounts to create sales opportunitiesCreate solid business relationships and build rapport with prospective accounts and/or brokersCollaborate with corresponding Client Managers and Market Directors within territoryCoordinate with Operations and other business partners to effectively implement new clients and maintain broker relationshipsProvide plan design options, sales information and rate quotations to prospective accounts and brokersSkillsThree years sales experienceExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsAbility to achieve the established product/sales learning curve to achieve sales/revenue goalsIntermediate level computer skills and ability to learn and master internal computer systemsDemonstrated track record in meeting sales/revenue goals with major account responsibilityKnowledge of underwriting, products, services and healthcare industryAbility to achieve and maintain any applicable agent licensing requirements for any state(s) within assigned sales territoryBenefitsEligible bonuses and commissionsVSP Vision benefitsCompany OverviewVSP Vision Care is a provider of vision care and coverage.
