[Remote] Inside Sales Account Executive

They are seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to manage a lucrative territory, close new customers, and generate revenue while achieving individual goals.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and close sales opportunities in accordance with the Company’s overall strategic plans and financial objectivesGoal 50+ calls inbound and outbound per daySet up training meetings for installers via ZoomAbility to grow your territory quarter over QuarterDevelop and maintain relationships with Distribution channels, and Field repsUnderstand customer needs and offer solutions, PV, and BatteriesActively pursue direct sales leads with installers, distributorsAssist with forecast of revenue on a regular basis and review sales results to ensure that established targets are being met; take corrective action where requiredNurture the relationship with leading PV project developers at multiple levels to ensure that SolarEdge remains the supplier of choice for power conversion electronics for their installationsSuccessfully execute a brand and messaging strategy and act as an external evangelist for the brandIdentify and close sales opportunities in accordance with the Company’s overall strategic plans and financial objectivesLiaise with the U.S. and global executive management team and peers to ensure that sales targets are being defined and metMaintain all information in CRMCall Lost Installer to regain business backSkills3+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales experience10-20% Travel required (IL Focused)This role has both hunting (new clients) and farming (handling and managing existing clients) - someone comfortable with both aspects, and strong closing skills requiredTrack record of over-achieving quota in past positionsPrevious experience in the PV industry will be a significant advantageStrong technical aptitude with the ability to understand the technical workings of the SolarEdge product line and convey the advanced technical product benefits to potential customers in easy-to-grasp termsA distinct customer service focusExcellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skillsStrong knowledge of CRM tools to drive productivityExperience working for an international organization is preferredBenefitsFull range of medical, financial, and/or other benefitsBonus and/or equity awardsCompany OverviewSolarEdge is a global leader in smart energy technology.
