Responsibilities:
Provide a wide range of infusion treatments in patients' homes
Build strong one-on-one relationships with patients and their families
Conduct home infusion nursing care visits and patient education according to the physician's plan of treatment
Utilize clinical IV experience and personal touch to help patients recover in the comfort of their own home
Maintain excellent written and verbal customer service skills to interact with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other partners
Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of work (with additional licensure possible in multi-state service areas)
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, with IV-related experience a plus
Current CPR certification
Valid driver's license and car insurance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word to document and track patient care activity
Preferred Qualifications:
3 years of nursing experience
1 year of infusion experience
Home healthcare experience
