[Remote] Infrastructure Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager (Contract)

Elan Partners is seeking an Infrastructure Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager to support a large-scale network infrastructure initiative focused on Cisco hardware lifecycle management and vulnerability remediation. This role will help coordinate activities related to code and firmware updates on end-of-life network equipment across a complex enterprise environment.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project activities for network infrastructure upgrades and remediationTrack project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverablesFacilitate communication between infrastructure, network engineering, and business stakeholdersSchedule and coordinate maintenance windows, implementation activities, and status meetingsMaintain project documentation, action items, risk logs, and project reportingAssist with change management processes and implementation trackingMonitor progress against critical October remediation deadlinesEscalate risks, blockers, and resource constraints as neededSupport multiple workstreams across a large enterprise infrastructureSkillsFamiliarity with infrastructure environmentsCisco network switches/routersData center operationsNetwork infrastructure projectsHardware refreshes and lifecycle managementFirmware, software, or code upgrade initiativesVulnerability remediation programsExperience supporting network engineering or data center teamsExperience supporting network engineering or data center teams is highly preferredCompany OverviewÉlan Partners is a woman-owned, WBENC-certified talent partner delivering strategic staffing solutions across technology, operations, and corporate functions.
