The role involves designing and maintaining scalable infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high system availability while championing DevSecOps practices.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain resilient, secure, and scalable infrastructure leveraging AWS, Kubernetes, and DockerManage end-to-end cloud infrastructure, addressing real production issues and ensuring high system availabilityImplement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CDK)Drive cost optimization initiatives and monitor resource utilization across multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)Champion DevSecOps best practices, including container security, API protection, and secret managementDevelop and maintain comprehensive observability through logging, metrics, alerting, and rapid debugging strategiesSkillsHave strong relevant experience in DevOps roles with expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and DockerPossess deep technical knowledge of DevSecOps toolkits, including Jenkins, Terraform, Git/Version control, and containerization technologiesHave hands-on experience with large-scale, high-availability production environments and real-time issue resolutionHave a solid understanding of DevOps automation tools (Terraform, GitHub Actions) and best practices for zero-downtime deploymentsDemonstrate proficiency in infrastructure security, including IAM, secrets management, network security, and API protectionCompany OverviewCrossing Hurdles connects skilled professionals with opportunities across AI training platforms and high-growth companies.
