The role involves designing, configuring, and optimizing Freshservice platforms to improve operational efficiency and user experience through workflow automation and system integrations.ResponsibilitiesConfigure and support Freshservice modules including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Asset ManagementDesign and implement workflows, automations, orchestration rules, and business processesDevelop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and custom scriptingCustomize service catalogs, portals, forms, dashboards, and reporting capabilitiesConfigure SLA policies, business rules, and operational metricsIntegrate Freshservice with cloud, identity management, monitoring, and security platformsSupport platform upgrades, data migrations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable ITSM solutionsSkills5+ years of hands-on Freshservice administration and development experienceStrong experience with Freshservice workflows, automation, orchestration, and platform customizationProficiency with JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, and webhooksExperience integrating Freshservice with Azure AD, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and enterprise applicationsStrong understanding of ITIL service management processes and best practicesExperience building dashboards, reports, and performance metricsExcellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsFreshservice or Freshworks certificationsExperience with Freshworks Neo Platform and custom application developmentKnowledge of Azure and/or AWS cloud environmentsExperience supporting large enterprise IT environmentsFamiliarity with identity management, security, and IT automation solutionsCompany OverviewConsultNet is a talent solutions company that helps businesses solve complex challenges by integrating talent, technology, and scalable delivery models.
