[Remote] Information Technology Data Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a highly motivated Information Technology Data Analyst to join their dynamic and growing team. The role involves analyzing health management programs, generating reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions in healthcare management. Responsibilities • Analyze health management programs including: data collection, validation and outcome measurement • Financial, pharmacy, claims, provider, and member data • IRS, CMS, HHSC, HEDIS reporting • Internal data cleansing and data reconciliation analysis • Trend analysis in various functional areas of health care management • Create and generate reports through MS-Excel, MS-Access, and SQL using Business Objects interface and direct links to core databases (ODS/EDW) • Produce reports for and interface with senior management and internal and external stakeholders • Gather and interpret business requirements and monitor data trends to proactively identify issues • Execute data changes and update core systems as needed • Handle multiple projects and timelines effectively and communicate risks and issues to manager regularly • Assist with training lower level Data Analysts • Performs other duties as assigned • Attend daily standup with rotation of 1 of 6 agile development teams • Attend design reviews for new development work to get an understanding of the purpose and begin to formulate needed measurements to show progress toward success • Attend bi-weekly Data Analytics touch base to discuss ad hoc reporting needs that may come in from health plan/business stakeholders • Facilitate ad hoc design/requirements reviews with Analytics team members to maintain alignment in tracking standards across our team. • At least weekly discussion with Analytics Launch Developer to kick start any coordination that will be needed between the Agile Development Teams and Analytics Launch Developer Education Requirements • Bachelors Benefits • Medical • Prescription • Dental • Vision • AD&D • Life insurance offerings • Short-term disability • 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility) Company Overview • Randstad Digital is a trusted digital enablement partner that facilitates accelerated transformation for businesses by providing global talent, capacity, and solutions across specialized domains.
